RSLT CrossFit Classes

This is our main program, and most popular class within our growing community. With this CrossFit class you will see a massive change to your health, increased muscle mass and reduced body fat and an overall improvement to your ability to perform what your life demands.

Warning: it will require effort on your part, but nothing great ever comes easy. We promise it’ll be worth it.

Personal
Training

1-1 sessions allow us to take a closer look at your own fitness, providing goals & specific areas to focus on in your training, and get maximum RSLTs!

Small Group
Training

RSLT Small group training allows us to advance your training with your friends, family or work colleagues.

Accountability is key, and small group personal training will be an excellent way to stay consistent and meet your health & fitness goals.
